L'idea di business
In questo periodo inizia a prendere forma il progetto. La nostra regione è ricca di acqua e di risorgive, prive di contaminazioni, alla temperatura costante di 15C°, un ambiente ideale per allevare i Gamberi di fiume. Iniziano i primi contatti con i centri di ricerca universitaria di Ferrara e xxxxxxx per valutare tutti gli impatti del progetto, le difficoltà e gli esempi da seguire, in Italia e nel mondo.

Grazie alla collaborazione con la prestigiosa azienda agricola Radice Fossati, di Mezzana Bigli - troviamo, all'interno delle loro tenute ricche di acque pulite lo spazio per iniziare la nostra attività.
